Strategic Alliance with Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co, Ltd (ZPMC)

GMC Limited and Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co, Ltd (ZPMC) have formed a global partnership with specific emphasis on marketing their offshore construction vessels, the Hong Kong 3 (HK3) and the Hong Kong 4 (HK4).

The twin vessels each support a 3000 Tonnes Crane and pipelay capacity of up to 60 inches. ZPMC shipyard recently delivered the HK3, and the HK4 is scheduled for delivery June 2012.

ZPMC is one of the largest heavy-duty equipment manufacturers and owns 26 transportation ships of capacity from 60,000 DWT to 100,000 DWT, delivering products to all over the world.
