New Hire – David H. Carr

David H. Carr has recently joined the GMC team. Previously, David was the General Manager for TL Offshore, International Division, in Malaysia where his prime responsibility was the Commercial Management for the construction of two new DP3 pipe lay and heavy lift construction vessels.

David has 45 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry holding Senior Management positions with TL Offshore, Global Industries, CUEL Limited, CPECC and Brown and Root, where his geographical assignments have extended to UK, Norway, Nigeria, Angola, Netherlands, Kuwait, Dubai, India, China, Thailand, and Malaysia.

David will be based out of the UK.
